Urgent Consultations

For Urgent Consultations please call (03) 9459 2699 (Ivanhoe) or (03) 9459 2699 (Vermont South).

We can almost always see patients requiring urgent care within a few days and may be able to give immediate advice to the referring doctor over the phone if required.

We now have consulting rooms available at our Ivanhoe location for Medical Professionals of all specialities to lease on a sessional basis.

Conveniently located near the Ivanhoe shopping precinct and access to public transport, our modern consulting suites are newly refurbished. Our quiet location provides an expansive patient waiting area with amenities along with professional experienced reception staff. Dorevitch Pathology is also on site.

Consulting rooms are also available on a sessional basis at our Vermont South location for Medical Professionals of all specialities.

Just off the EastLink freeway, the suites are fully furnished and provide a welcoming reception, large waiting room and amenities. Professional experienced reception staff are also available.

CASUAL MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST

IVANHOE

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our busy Specialist medical practice currently with over 12 specialists.  We have clinics in both Ivanhoe and Vermont South.  This position would be for our Ivanhoe rooms. Our clinic hours are 8.30am to 6pm.

Successful applicant must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. 

Criteria:  Please DO NOT Apply if you cannot meet all of criteria listed below:

  •  Previous Medical Receptionist Experience essential

  • Proficient typist (Dictaphone experience preferred as you will be required to type doctors’ letters)

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel

  • Approx. 20 hours per week
